Common questions

I did not receive my code

Codes arrive by text message and can take a minute. You can ask for another after 60 seconds. Check that the number you typed includes the right country.

Someone is bothering me

Open their profile and choose Block, which stops messages and calls in both directions, or Report, which sends the details to us for review.

Can I stop people finding me?

Yes. In Settings, set your username to private. You will not appear in search and can only be reached through an invitation you send.

I lost my phone

Sign in on a new device with the same phone number. Your account comes back; your old messages do not, because they were only ever readable on the device that received them.

Delete my account

Settings, then Delete account. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
